Harmony Barber Shop - Confirmation E-mail? MDE?

Hello. I recently booked a reservation at Harmony Barber Shop for our upcoming trip in March 2016. While the cast member did provide me with a confirmation number over the phone, I never received a confirmation e-mail. In addition, nothing shows in MDE. Should I be concerned, or is the verbal confirmation over the phone all that they do? Thanks in advance.

When I booked an appointment for September, there was neither a confirmation email nor did it show up in MDE. I believe the confirmation number you were given over the phone is all the confirmation.

That has been my experience as well with Harmony Barbershop and BBB. You can manually add it as a "note" in MDE to help you keep track of the confirmation number.
