Day 3 Animal Kingdom
We decided to go to Animal Kingdom as we thought it would be a nice place for the kids to see the animals, both Shelby and Harley love animals.
We headed to the Dinosaur ride first to get some fast passes, but the CM said that the baby swap would be better for us, and gave us a pass, it meant that three of us could wander round the park while the others waited in line for their go, then when they came out we could go straight through the fastpass line. I went on with Mom it was so cool, I dont think she knew how rough it was well she probably did cos she went on it last time, but I think she had forgotton. My mom is a bit of an adrenalin junkie though so she enjoyed it! Our picture was hilarious!
We had a wander round the shops and I bought some ariel toppers.
We were going to go to the Nemo Musical, but it was full so we headed off to Dinoland USA, Shelby and Harley had a couple of goes on the carosel, and I got some Fastpasses for Primeval Whirl which I love!!
We also waited in line for this and got a baby swap. Mom and Dad went on with Tezza mom hated it (secretly I think she liked it though) Shelby was just a tad too small for it which was a bummer I think she would have liked it. We all had a go then got some Mickey Ice creams.
We spent the next couple of hours in the Zoo areas, Shelby was amazed by the tigger he was very big tigger mommy according to her! But I can't find the picture of him now which is annoying. It was lovely to see all the animals and to see the kids reactions to them having only seen them on telly and in books.
We were amazed by the Expedition Everest Ride! But we didn't get to go on it today BOO!
It was getting rather hot so we went back to the villa to cool off and get something to eat. It was decided that we would go to Pondarose and have the all you can eat. Very nice ! We all had the spicy chicken and our server was lovely. She kept coming and entertaining Shelby while we ate! And trust me she needs a lot of entertaining!
We did a spot of shopping at an outlet place just off the 535, Lake Buena Vista Outlets I think but I cant be certain.
Then it was home to bed.
