hardrock cafe without the park parking fee?

getting into the area at 3pm, can you get to the hardrock cafe without going thru the park parking line and paying the eight dollars parking fee??

Parking is free after 6 pm. I know Emeril's validates valet parking. I'm not sure about Hard Rock Cafe.
