Hard rock rewards program

Has anyone used the Hard Rock reward program at the Hard rock hotel in Orlando? If so what do they offer, free room upgrades, free wifi ? I am a Loews reward member and get free wifi at the other 2 resorts but I don't think Hard Rock accepts Loews reward programs. Any insight would be appreciated.

it's valid for the Rock shop and Cafe.
not sure if the orlando one is in the program for hotels.


it was before but with the new reward card, not sure.


i didn't renew my card last year as i wasn't sure if the hotel perks with the new card program was gonna happen.
i just pulled it up and you might want to check the hrc site out.


hopefully, someone that is in the program and stayed there might come along and better answer your question.

I stayed in December last year and they indicated at check-in that they had not decided what they were going to do yet. I do not see them still on the list of hotels that accept the rewards card.
