I used this last year to be honest they never even checked just put me in ps Q with onsite guests so it never actually worked as we still waited 45 min for a table

This is a mute point if you ask me. Because if you go at a busy time, you'll still have slow service because the kitchen will be backed up. It's not the servers fault. Now, if you wanna hang out and have a few drinks, and go during prime time, then yes, it might be of some value.
Otherwise, I'd say head there at 11:30am if going to lunch, or 5pm if dinner. That way you beat the crowd.
My advice don't go when the parks are closing that was our mistake I was onsite at time but I assumed if they took a ps online asking time etc they would honour it but no luck, where as Margritville we made a ps which they honoured
When you make a PS online do you have to wait in a certain line or do you wait in the regular line with everyone else? Never made a PS before and was wondering if it would save us time.
