Is there a way to check-in at the Hard Rock Hotel other than the front desk?

Not that I'm aware of. You'll have to go to the front desk to pick up your room keys that also serve as your Express Passes, so I'd say no.

I have seen in other threads that some folks are receiving an email a day or so before arrival for Mobile Check In, but that's just a separate - presumably quicker - line at the Front Desk. Seems to be no rhyme or reason as to who gets the emails.

Can I check in without everyone present? I have 2 rooms and adult children arriving later than me.

Typically, you’ll receive an email to check-in the day before you arrive. You should provide all names of those in your party when you do this online check-in.

Not everyone has to be there when you go to the front desk to pickup your room keys.
