Does Mears provide transportation from the ASM resort to the HRC? How close is the HRC to Universal Studios?

I don't know about the Mears transportation, but the walk from the Hard Rock Cafe to Universal Studios is probably three minutes (if that).

Hard Rock Cafe is right next to Universal Studios. There is an exit out the back of US that goes right to Hard Rock Cafe. Mears would certainly take you to the parking garage.
