Hard Rock Cafe open on Christmas Day?

We are going to be at Universal over Christmas. Is the HRCafe open on Christmas Day and if it is, what are the hours, should we make reservations (belong to All Access), and where can I get menu for that day (if there is one)? Thanks.

I'm sure HRC will be open, as Christmas is a very busy time at the parks. As for a special meal, I remember last year there was a breakfast with Santa. I don't know if anything else will happen.
