Hard Rock Cafe - Nassau, Cozumel, Grand Cayman

Is the Hard Rock Cafe in walking distance in Nassau, Cozumel, and Grand Cayman? If not, how far via cab? Has anyone visited the HRC while in port in these cities?

I went to the one in Nassau and St. Thomas. We walked to the one in Nassau - not a bad walk at all. We took a cab to the one in St. Thomas. I would be interested in knowing about Cozumel and Grand Caymen for our trip next April!

The St. Thomas one I would take a cab it's a long walk, and watch out, they are good sellers I spent over $700.00 when I was their in Jan.
What I have been told the Nassau HRC can be walk to from the ship, just like the PH, it's only a store, no cafe. When I was there Sept. 2000, no HRC, it open in Dec., 2000. I plan on being there this Sept. and most likly will spend big bucks again.

Hard Rock is within walking distance at all three locations. HR is in the main shopping district in Nassau; close to the docks. HR is right of the end of the dock at Grand Cayman. HR in Cozumel is straight north of the docks. I suggest you look for it from the ship before disembarking to get an idea where you will be going. It's a little more tricky since you need to take escalators up and down just to get the other side of the street (due to heavy traffic on the street). You didn't mention Key West (also part of the Western cruise), but HR is also within walking distance from Mallory Square (I believe it's off of Duval St.).

I had already been to HRC in St. Thomas and Key West. St. Thomas was a very nice lunch. We had a great view of the water. Key West wasn't open when we went there on a Sunday. (Hurricane itenerary on October 2000 Eastern Carib cruise) The bar was open so we had a drink, bought a souvenier, and ran back to the ship in the rain! Looking forward to going to Cozumel, Grand Cayman and Nassau's HRC. (We were in Nassau September 1999 before it opened.) Thanks for the info!
