Hard Rock All Access Card

When booking a reservation for the HRH is there anyplace to enter your all access card number?
Do you have to call to use this card?

I tried through both the hardrock and universal sites and cannot find anyplace to enter the card number.

No...you don't need the number. You just show the hotel desk rep when you check in and ask for a room upgrade. If it is available they will give you the upgrade. We have stayed at HRH 3 times and booked a standard room...all 3 times we were upgraded to pool view.

We were there earlier this week and just showed the card. Although they could not upgrade our room, we did get free in room internet access.

you can buy one online or you can get the free one when you check in to any HRH.

I picked mine up at the Hard Rock Cafe here in NY. Its $25 but you get a $20 credit on the card that can be used toward food/merchandise when you register the card online. It also came with a bag and a pin.
