Hard or "soft" tickets! (sorry dumb question!)

I am going to order my tickets and PLEASE don't think that this is a stupid question....but does ticketmania sell the soft tickets or the hard plastic ones that are with the different characters? I want to keep our tickets and thought that this would be kind of neat.

I know that it shouldn't matter, but I just wondered.......

They sell soft tickets. Not a stupid question, btw.

But, they do have characters on them.
