Harbour Galley still there?

Can anyone tell me if Harbour Galley counter service is still there? I was looking for bread bowls with different soups and was told that they have them. This place does not appear on the dining/menu list on disboards. I googled it and found an old micechat article that says they have them with broc. & cheese soup and chili. Some places seem to have them with chili or chowder, which my daughter doesn't care for. Just looking for a different flavor for the bread bowls. Thanks for any info you can give us.
Looking forward to our 2nd trip to DL this July!

Please note that it is not open during slower periods. We were there this past week (Weds - Fri) and it was only open on Friday, not Weds or Thurs.
