are there any hotels/motels that have their own shuttles? I know CCI but what about further out?

Hyatt on Harbor does. Although not free, Homewood Suites does and Sheraton which isn't on Harbor Blvd.

I stayed at the Homewood earlier this month. They share a bus with the Sheraton and Crowne Plaza. I think it was $4 a day, you buy a ticket. Now the people getting on at the Crowne Plaza only had to show a room key, so I don't know if it's included for them. Plus Homewood charges $12 a day for parking, which I thought was excessive.

sheraton and holiday inn in garden grove/anaheim area share one 4 a day.
Hilton properties on Harbor share one (Hampton/Garden/Embassy) not sure of the cost.

When we stayed at the Crowne Plaza we shared a shuttle with the Hyatt, it was free to hotel guests, the Sheraton was also on the pickup/drop off route. It did pick up at the Hyatt first tho. That may have changed, you will want to confirm with the hotels themselves before using my information, we haven't stayed at the CP for about a year and a half. :)

The Anaheim Sheraton (the one that looks like a castle) has it's own shuttle and shares with no one. I love that hotel and they have great deals. Check them out.

Is it just called Anaheim Sheraton? Do you know what street it's on? And lastly where do you find their deals? Their website or others?

A couple of times when we didn't have a car I would just take the #43 bus. It runs up and down Harbor and usually comes by every 15 mintues.
