Happy Passover everyone. As someone who is Catholic but has Jewish ancestry, I find the historical aspect of the celebration interesting as more evidence of the Exodus comes to light every year. I’m grateful for Passover because without it occurring, Catholicism wouldn’t exist today.

On a side note, has anyone found any chocolate Matzo in there local supermarkets? All my local ones seem to not have it this year.
Anyway, I found this recipe if anyone wants to make it at home.
