i spent the day at a 24 hour crop - myself, i was there from 9:15 - 5:30. It was a fabulous day at my LSS, newer store, with only 10 of us friday night and 4 on Saturday, not including the employees that were cropping too. So -- we cashed in on the door prizes! I would guestimate I got about $20 worth of "goodies" and then I won the final drawing and won a full-size handmade quilt! girls --it's beautiful! It was definatley worth my $30 entry ($7 store credit) and was a lot of fun!! We also played scrapbook bingo in which as we completed a square by using certain technigues, embellishments, etc; we got a BINGO and won a prize. It really motivated me to use some embellishments I usually bypass and they look great! For my BINGO prizes I won two $5 gift cards to a local video rental store.
I completed 11 pages saturday, I think. We also played a fun game, we each got a packet of two 12 x 12 sheets, two Beach theme toppers and a yellow square. We were allowed to use up to 5 different items of our own and make a layout. I didn't win this but the winner received a complete pen set.
one of the gals won an album in one of the drawings, there were every two hours.
