Thanks...and happy National Scrapbooking Day to you too! DH took the kids and let me scrap all day yesterday. Plan on working on stuff tonight after gardening, and shopping tomorrow -- so it is a whole weekend for me!!

Yard work calls my name today but I'm going scrapping next weekend. So tonight I will get my bag together.

I forgot that was today. Well, I guess I am celebrating it anyway as I am getting ready to head over to KatDisney's house for a little scrappin' and yakkin'. And then since she lives on the other side of the Valley, I can't drive over there and not drive a little farther to go to the Hobby Lobby.

I mentioned to a friend that it fell on the same day as Cinco de Mayo.... what better reason to sit around drinking margaritas and scrapping! What a happy day that would be!.........................P

Got stuck doing yard work today. Shoveled 15 tons of sand around the pool area. Forgot my gloves. So now my hands are blistered. Even my fingers are blistered. Hoping they heal so I can get some stuff done during the crop tomorrow.

Did get some shopping in today though. Bought some Sizzix dies at Jo's that were half off. Also got my dollar Quickutz at Cord too. So I did celebrate it some.

Happy NSD!! I scrapped until 1:30am last night, so I didn't do to much today. I did join in the festivities at CK and at 2Peas though. Haven't bought anything today with the sales. Maybe I should check them out before it gets too late!

Happy Scrapbook Day!

I went to Joanns, Michaels, Hobby Lobby, and both of our local scrapbook stores, and spent about $80 on paper and a Cricut cartridge today. I got Alphalicious at Joanns using the coupon that was posted on here for $41. The one scrapbook store was serving hot dogs and brats. They were having a Cricut demonstration and I was able to answer one of the customer's questions about the Mickey and Friends cart. I also noticed that they are renting the cartridges. It costs $7 for 3 days, which is an interesting concept especially when there is just one or two things you want to cut from one cartridge and you don't want to pay for the whole thing. I was disappointed that neither Joanns or Michaels had any sales or specials on scrapbook stuff.

Let's see.. I got a 1.00 quickutz item yesterday, some bazzil paper (I had to go in with a mission because we only had 15 minutes til closing)... We were at soccer games all morning.. so I had to camcord and take pictures and than we went to the state park to hang out as a family...
Today, I went back to the stores for some quick must haves to complete the mother's day albums I'm doing....and... picked up a few more batches of paper...
and I'm getting the house cleaned up today so I can scrap all day tomorrow...

Happy Scrapbooking day to all you "dowdy" scrappers out there.

I did my shopping at HL on Friday for all that beautiful paper. Today, I've been trying to shop online at Joann's but the website isn't available. Just came in from doing some yard work - mostly weeding and I think I'll shower and go work on a mother's day card for my mom.

I did some scrapping last night and this afternoon I am finishing our January Disney trip. Time to start planning another!

Watched some QVC but ended up buying some solar lighted butterfly and dragonflys, no scrapping materials.

Well I didn't get as much done as I always think I will at this crop. Takes way more time to stamp things than I think it should.

I did get some preschool pages done. With graduation this Tuesday, that is a very good thing.
