I gave my sons some advice today.

Don't EVER cut corners on Mother's Day. Tell your mother (and grandmothers etc.) you love them with ACTIONS not words. Visit them, call them, send them flowers, etc.

My DW is a wonderful woman to be a mother to them and when I'm dead, gone, and buried, they BETTER honor and RESPECT her on this day or else I will come back from beyond the grave and trouble them daily.

No pressure.

I love my mama (the kids call her Mimi). I call her Mom.
