Happy Limo

For those of you that have booked with Happy Limo: When you made reservations did you get a confirmation #? Did they tell you they would send you an email confirmation? If so how long did it take before you received an email?

Here's what happened with us:
DH made reservations for a large group. (Hummerzine) (talked to a very nice lady) She gave him our rate and took our CC # and said they would send email but did not give him a confirmation number. 3 days later and still no email. Also said they would charge our CC the full amount 1 -5 days before our scheduled trip.
DH called to double check our reservation since we had not gotten an email (talked to a not so helpful man) and was told we had plenty of time before we would need to worry our March trip confirmation.
Since we have a large group we have three other vehicles reserved to get us to the port. We need to cancel those but DH is worried since we have not gotten any confirmation from Happy. Should he be worried our is this how Happy works? Just think Dh would be much happier if we had some kind of confirmation that they even have us on the list.
Just wondering if this is the norm so I can tell him to relax.

I usually receive a confirmation within 24 hours. You may want to send an email rather than phone to inquire. I think the email is reservations@happylimo.com
There was one trip where I didn't receive the confirmation, so I double checked over the phone and everything was correct & went smoothly.

We received a confirmation number for each leg of our trip. We loved HappyLimo and would use them again in a heartbeat!

Sent an email to Happy and got an answer right away. Dh has his confirmation number and is happy.

How far in advance did you book with Happy Limo?

We'll be coming from MCO, will they make a 'store stop' on the way for any last minutes items?

We booked the Hummerzine on 1/10 for our March 20th transportation to the Port from Pop Century. We are only going one way and didn't need a grocery stop but I think they do offer it. The lady that Dh & I have talked with on the phone is really nice. We felt much better making reservations with someone that another DISER has used sooo many time (Barb). Our group is soooo excited about getting to ride in the Hummer.

They will do a grocery stop...we've used it ourselves several times. They can also send you a fax number for Albertson's so you can fax your list in advance and it will be waiting for you at the store. We haven't tried that ourselves, but I've seen people ask about it so I asked on our last trip. The normal store is Kash and Karry, so you have to let them know in advance if you do the fax in advance.
