Happy Limo ?

Any problems with Happy Limo service? I'm thinking of booking them.

I have heard a lot of mixed reviews. I used them in January and would probably not use them again. I would up getting double charged as I paid cash and they billed my credit card, but they did refund the card. My driver on the way out acted like he expected a seperate gratuity than the one paid for included with the price, and the female on the way back was somewhat racist and just wouldn't shut up. A nice enough lady, but I didn't want to hear of her dislike for certain groups of people, especially with my kids in the car. As far as the car, it was gorgeous and clean and they were right on time picking me up for the return trip. On the trip down i had to call from the airport and wait about 10 minutes (no biggie) to be picked up.

I have used them several times as have most of my friends and none of us have had any problems and I would definitely use them again in a heartbeat!
In fact if I can't get a decent car price for my dec trip I will definitely be using them in dec again!

We use them a lot for our frequent Disney cruises...last time was Labor Day weekend, and we're using them again in November. They have always been very reliable and have given us great service.
