Happy Limo Experience

I just wanted to let you know about something that happened with Happy Limo.

I prepaid their towncar transfer service on my Visa

MCO to Hard Rock Hotel
Hard Rock to Beach Club
Beach Club to Animal Kingdom Lodge
AKL to MCO

The total was $120.00 for the 4 trips and I tipped the driver after each one.

Well on the trip from BC to AKL I had booked Happy Limo for 1pm as we were planning on swimming all morning.

I was sick that day though and I just wanted to get to AKL A.S.A.P. so I called them to make it earlier and they were unable to change my pick up time to anything earlier than 1pm.

We ended up just taking a taxi to AKL and I realized I would forfeit the prepaid transfer. I didn't even call to tell them - I just totally forgot.

Anyway, the point being, today my Visa bill came and Happy Limo had posted a credit of 25.00 for that trip I didn't take... even though (I assume) the came to Beach Club to get me and were probably waiting and waiting and looking for me... I felt so bad about not calling.

Anyway.,.. I recommend Happy Limo

Wow, I would have expected to find a no-show penalty fee on my Visa, but a credit?? I have never used Happy Limo, but I'm impressed with this kind of treatment.

We use them a lot, and one of the things I love about them is their customer service orientation. On our last Disney cruise (Labor Day weekend), we were travelling with friends from work so we booked a limo together, with pickup at the Marriott. I always get it via Priceline for the night before my cruises, and I recommended that my friend do the same. You can end up with another hotel, but 90 percent of the time it's the Marriott.
Well, my friends got it and I thought that I did too, but apparently I forgot to book our hotel room! I discovered my mistake the night before our trip and immediately logged on to Priceline. Unfortunately, I ended with the the Renaissance, which is one the other side of the main road where the MCO hotels are located. I contacted Happy Limo that night, and they were able to make the pickup change with no problem. Whew! And our friend's son loved the stretch limo because it had a DVD player.
