Happy Limo Confirmation?

I book this morning but did not get an email confirmation yet. How long does it usually take? I'm not sure if I should call them yet or if this is the norm... I did not ask for the conf# while on the phone, so what info do they need to retrieve my ressie?

It did take a while. I called once about the confirmation and called a second time to confirm as we got closer. Not much communication but the service was GREAT!
