I would suggest writing disney. My fave ride, TOT, was closed one night due to some technical problems. I drove a whole 30 minutes to ride my favorite ride and all they could tell me was "sorry." I ended up writing disney and they gave me a free annual pass. I wasn't looking for anything. I just wanted someone to...umm...well...I forgot what I wanted. But either way I was mad and needed to vent. Hope ya'll don't mind. Have a pixie-filled day!

This is not even a good story. Not original. Next time instead of cutting the hair off, how about a wig, or dressed in drag. And by the way, no beer at the MK. Overall I'll give it a 1 on the entertainment scale.

It was obviously a parody of the very, very, very famous Disney urban legend that has been posted on the internet thousands of times.

The "joke" is not what was posted so much as how obviously poorly (I assume intentionally) the story was written and how even after so many clues (beer, Shrek, characters on 2-way radios), people still criticized it for style and content.

Well, I guess at this point I can only say this.....if in fact someone thinks this is an attempt at a joke (albeit a bad one, or even parody) what place does it have on the Theme Parks Attractions and Strategies board?? There are plenty of people here, who are relatively new and could very possibly take this as 'gospel'. Yes, I realize that most of us 'get it' but others may not. And that is just not fair or even funny. Maybe I'm just cranky from all the pre-Thanksgiving stuff.

I have no problem with a joke. I was not angered or disturbed by it. I just think it's a waste of band width. Maybe it's just me, but it's not funny just stupid. IMHO I think the OP is trying to be funny and failing. Instead it comes across as as stupid attempt at humor that falls flat.

Perhaps it was funny the first time, but varations of this story have appeared for years. Now it's just dumb to think that "someone will fall for this"

There are so many things wrong with this story. Sherk isn't a Disney character, and they don't sell beer in the MK. If you thought there was really a problem why in the heck would you be asking how crowded the evil MK was going to be on Christmas. Thanks OP I needed a good laugh

Because at the very, very least, any parent who read it is reminded that bad things can happen anywhere and to be just as diligent on holiday as at their local mall.
