Although I had a crush on Chachi, the Potsie character always made me laugh. So Potsie gets my vote.

For the record, Chuck disappeared after season one and was out of television until 1984 when he reappeared on the Cosby Show as Sondra. If you watch the first year, Claire asks Cliff why they decided to have four children and Cliff's reply was "because we didn't want five."
Then Sondra magically appears in season two, and if you look closely, you will occasionally see her wearing high tops and dribbling a basketball. Coincidence? I think not.

My favorite is Arnold, and nobody even mentioned him.
