Happy Dance!! Got CRT!!

Well, I owe a big thanks to all you DISers out there. I was nervous about being able to get a reservation for CRT. We are 90 days out from our trip to WDW and I have read on the boards that getting a reservation is difficult. We have not made plans for our hotel (Plan to stay @ Pop). One thread I read said it would be more difficult for those staying offsite to get a reservation. So all in all I was up at 5:30am my time to call I -got in for lunch, which we wanted. I am so thrilled and my DD5 will LOVE meeting the princesses!!! Hope we are not let down by all the hype. Then again it's disney, you cant go wrong. Also, anyone planning to try the lunch, there is a great review on Deb's website (allears). Thanks again I would have never got our reservations without the help of you all !!!

I was told both Breakfast & Lunch are character.

My CM told me today while I was making ADRs that the Princess were NOT there for lunch, just for breakfast.... I heard they sometimes pop in at lunch but there is no guarantee.

Redbudlover, CM must have given you wrong info, you may want to check again. I just spoke to CM in dining just now to make a couple more ADR's and asked about characters to make sure since DD is looking forward to that one, and he said that they are definitely there for lunch. If you were wanting that one for the characters I'd call again.

they changed that a couple weeks ago. Crt is most assuredly a character meal at the castle now...we have ours for Sept 29!!!

Thanks to tips from TourGuide Mike I was able to get an 8:55am seating at CRT the very first day I called in. If you really want to go there may be worth the money for TourGuide Mike for the tips. We are going Oct 16th so not sure if easier to get in during slower times of year. My son is 6 1/2 and can't wait to meet all the "beautiful princesses" in his words.

We had dinner there last December, and while none of the Princesses showed up, Peter Pan and Capt. Hook ran around out side the back of the castle (Hook was chasing Peter). I think they were haveing a show in front of the castle, and Peter and Hook needed to run to the other side of the stage to make and enterance. They waved to everyone in the restaurant. Very cool!
