Happy, but needed to call!

I wait listed for 2 nights at VGF for April...and the waitlist came through!:yay:However, the points were taken from the wrong contract!!! I had requested that they be taken from BWV, they took all from VGF!

So, my point total for 2014 was correct, but the allocation was not!! The wonderful MS person I just talked to did fix it, but I do wish I did not have to call! Wait time was 15+ minutes!

I will not trust on line booking for wait list information, in the future, I will set it up with a person.

I wouldn't assume it was the online booking information that was at fault. More than once I've had different points taken than I designated and 2 times it was set up thru a call and once online. But then again when I've said I didn't want to borrow but then had used current points before the waitlists have come thru I've gotten calls on if I would like to borrow so I figure it all evens out.

It's a good reminder to always check our point balances and make certain what you wanted to happen is what happened.

The recent wait times are not good though!
