And she is sooooo excited...but the world is stil a safe place...she is not driving yet..WHEW!!!!
She doesn't know it, but her school mates are throwing her a surprise birthday today after school, one of the teachers (her fav) is decorating her room w/ the kids help..and she is going to be speechless....and for Heather that is a feat..ask Mean Laureen...I hopes someone gets this moment on tape...
Then tomorrow her school drama class opens w/ MacBeth, and she is not acting in this one, she is doing the backstage "witchery" all the tv, special effects for the witches will be Heather way up above everyone..she wanted to learn about this part of it..
So this will be a very exciting week, and thank you Amber for remembering..

And tomorrow she is at the theatre, so I don't know when she will be able to post..maybe not until this week end...she has had a wonderful day so far.......

Thanks Buggin' for remembering Heather's birthday! It took me this long just to have time to check it out. Work, work, work. Has kept all of us busy and away from the boards and pintrading. But Heather knows that you all wished her well. She was/is very touched and appreciates it. She's still swamped. After she finished MacBeth, she had to go back to catching up on the 10 class course load she has. Plus she's rehearsing for Cabaret. So, thanks everybody for keeping us in your thoughts even when it seems like we all fell off the face of the Earth. You're all great!

I'm sorry it took so long for me to reply, I've been really swamped!
The show (MacBeth) went incredibly well (Unless you count the fact that the pyrotechnics blew off part of the roof and it started raining onstage and the theatre flooded) and the suprise party was ABSOLUTELY FABULOUS!!!! Crystal (oneohone) made cupcakes and had ME carry them to school for her, saying that they were for a teacher and then suprised me with them later.
She's SUCH a great cook!
And the show I'm in now...(here comes a shameless plug
) "A Night of Cabaret". which is a variety show, not the show Cabaret, opens on November 22 at the Church street theatre on Church street. We're doing numbers from Hairspray, Urinetown, Charlie Brown, A chorus Line, "I love you, You're Perfect, Now change", and more!
BUT THANKS TO ALL!!!! THE BIRTHDAY NOTES MADE ME SOOOOO HAPPY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
*sigh* now back to the cold (and now moldy) theatre. I think I'll be able to surface again in about 6 months...if I get off on good behavior...

Invisible Thespian who resides in Cuts with Video Cameras and is Commonly mistaken for a Woodpecker
Okay...this would have come earlier, but I got swamped! 
As for Raul...well, he sent out his pin karma and caused a camera to fall from above the stage where I just happened to be running it, so he was booted out of the theatre because the show is already cursed and he was making the actors nervous.
As for the woodpecker thing...I worked in the cut (that's where all the lights are positioned over the stage with a catwalk behind them). Well, one day I'm up there and a rat jumped out of nowhere! So, naturally, I jumped up on a rafter and started to hit it with a maglite. As it turned out, the actors onstage swore that a woodpecker had gotten into the cut and was attacking a metal leko (light). So, a few of the techs climbed up the latter, saw me huddled in the roof, chased off the rat, and laughed their butts off. So, i became known as the woodpecker in the cut.
