If you don't know that much about Jimmy Carter's life, you should definitely look into it. The man was so far ahead of his time and genuinely such a good person. I think it's fitting he has become our country's oldest living president ever and the first to reach 100.

He's been in hospice care for a while. In many states if you vote early but die before the official election day it's not supposed to be counted. I just looked it up, and it appears Georgia does not have that law on the books. However, I also found early voting starts in Georgia on Oct 15, so he needs to hang on at least that long. When I lived in PA and worked the elections, it was not permitted to be counted.

It is interesting, looks like my current state of Virginia permits the ballot to be counted (and our early voting started in late Sept)
