Happiest Passholder -- Any DIS Winners?

we just get to go to the press event - my dad said we are just being sucked in - I will take ANY excuse to go to Disney -

here is my mom's winning essay - it was in the shape of Mickey's profile - the picture is how it looked printed - here are the words
I am the Happiest Passholder on Earth… As a Granny, I have had the honor of joining all of my grandkids on their first trip to Walt Disney World. Four of them, I had taken prior to this year. But the other three all decided to take their first trip this year. Becoming a pass- holder has given me the freedom to share this magical experience with them at my own pace. Nothing will compare to the joy I have shared at Disney World with my family. I always loved taking my own children to Disney and have been so delighted that they cherish those memories enough to return with their own children AND invite me. Watching their faces as they meet Mickey Mouse for the first time, trying to let them win at Buzz Lightyear’s Space Ranger Spin and realizing I didn’t have to try, celebrating a birthday in Cinderella’s Castle, sharing their first Mickey Bar, and watching their faces as Tinkerbell flew out of the castle during Wishes are all memories I will cherish. Disney World is the one place where a sixty year age difference really seems to have no affect on what we want to do. One of my granddaughter’s will be taking her 4th trip for her 4th birthday this year (I have been on them all) and I love that the thought of returning without me is just not a possibility in her mind.… Because Granny and Disney World just seem so perfect together.

Congratulations to your mom and to you!! That is a wonderful essay! :goodvibes

We were going to be in WDW April 30 - May 7 and I thought I'd give it a try. I got may TNT letter yesterday. I was disappointed but I am still the happiest passholder on earth...I don't need a prize to know that.

I received my "thank you for entering but you are not a winner" form letter. I just knew I was going to win. But to my sadness I didn't
:sad2:

I'm still waiting on my ding letter.

I did not mail it until the end, and now I'm wondering if I made the deadline for even the ding letter :sad2: I could be waiting on nothing, the worst bummer of all, not even a ding letter :sad2:

Congrats to all who did win, please be sure to tell us all about your wonderful trip!!! Details, pictures and that open bar!!!! Have a wonderful time!
