After the 50th Happiest celebration will everything stay the same at Disney World??

Castle show...new rides...Ect.????

We are not going until Week after Thanksgiving and wondered what would still be there.

thanks

Cinderellabration will be gone, but the new rides aren't going anywhere. I don't know if the castle decorations will stay up, but given that MK is celebrating 35 years starting October, they may keep the decorations up.

Someone told me that it ended September of 2006. But according to Disney - happiest celebration will continue thru December of 2006.

I also read that soarin will be changed to a 'Florida' version of the ride once the Happiest Celebration is over.

:) I hope the castle doesnt turn into a birthday cake for 35.

I didn't know they had a Florida version of Soarin. :confused3 What exactly is in that one? If this is so we will not be able to see the one now since we won't be there until March.

I also hope they don't decorate the castle into a cake, cause I saw pictures of that, ewwwwwwww!!!

I wonder what they will do for Epcot while we are there since it is their 35th Birthday? Can't wait to see! :woohoo:

Where did you get this information? When I emailed WDW, they told me that the Celebration was now ending in September! :sad2:

I was so disappointed as we'll miss it by just a couple of weeks!

Exact same version as the one in California. Same movie and all. Eventually they'll make their own movie, or so they say, but I doubt it'll happen any time soon.

No kidding. I was glad that DL's castle decor was not extravagant. Keep it looking like a castle.

And I wonder if Soarin' over Florida will also simulate the humidity. . .

Isn't Epcot celebrating their 25th anniversary? Does anyone know what they will do fro this?

My trip is in November-December and the information Disney sent me said that the Happiest Celebration would be going on during my trip.

Im going the second week in December and now you all got me really interested. Whats going to be there. I was there last year for the happiest celebration so it wouldnt be the worst thing if they changed it up and did a cool little 35th birthday thing.
