Hapimag Lake Berkley ~ Anyone stayed there?

We just booked a 3 bedroom Townhouse at Hapimag Lake Berkley for a week in Jan. It was rated #2 out of 160 something hotels and condos in Kissimmee on TripAdvisor and the pics look great and the reviews are all excellent - hence the number 2rating. Just wondered if anyone on the DIS boards have ever stayed there. Thanks!

I have not stayed there, but during an extended vacation Dh and I took our mapquest map and drove out and took a look at the place. It was a drive, but I would not hesitate to stay there. It looked like a really nice place, clean and in a nice secure subdivision. They are all townhomes so you will not have any one on top of you. These used to come up alot on RCI, but not much anymore. I did not see the inside... Let us know how your vacation goes!

I have never seen the resort but I have been to the area. It tends to be fairly busy as far as traffic.

Someone who has been there recently (I avoid the area) can comment on the construction. I know there was a lot of work being done on that part of 192.

The access road is on 192 between Medieval Times and Super Wal-Mart.

Thanks so much for both of your input. It seems a little far away from Disney, but that's just fine with me to have all that space and be in a nice place. it will be just like home because we have a 3 bedroom townhouse too, except ours has a basement
They say it is about a 20 minute drive, or less and I like being next to Super Wal-Mart so we can easily get groceries when we get there.
I will let you guys know how it was after we get back, and I will post a review also.
