Hanukkah in WDW--any suggestions?

I posted this on the tip board and am not sure where I will get responses. We will be staying at the BWV during Hanukkah before spending Christmas with relatives in Florida. I am surprising two of my children and DH with the Aqua Seas Tour as a gift (still thinking for my other two children). We have been to WDW during Dec. before and know how beautiful all the Christmas decorations are. I was just wondering if any of you have celebrated Hanukkah in WDW and what traditions you keep on your trip or what you do to celebrate.

My kids are DS16, DS14, DD12 and DS9 and enjoy doing the traditions of our holiday. We will be there for only 4 nights, but we were just there in July, so I'm wondering if I should plan a night to just stay and cook (fitting for the holiday, but not my idea of a vacation) in our villa.

Which traditions are you referring to? Candle-lighting? Latkes? Dreidels?

If you give me an idea of what customs you folks enjoy, it might be easier to figure out how you can adapt those elements to your celebration.

Yes, those three. I know I will bring our menorah (using all safety precautions, of course) and we play driedle with candy so I'll get those Disney coin candies. I had read that in the America area at Epcot there is a little bit on Hanukkah and I was wondering if anyone knew about that.
We are only staying at WDW 4 nights and I'm sure when we get to our relative's in Florida (who celebrate Christmas), we will be sharing those three customs with them, so it's not a big deal that we do them in WDW.
We will be home the first night and will quickly do our "routine" traditions before we go to bed to get up early for our drive to WDW.

I was just curious if anyone had any "secrets", like a restaurant or stand that served potatoe pancakes. Of course, it's the holiday celebrating the miracle of the oil, so we could just go around seeing how many fried foods we can eat!

Sephardic Jewish custom and also in Israel, there is a custom of eating fried doughnuts (with jelly inside usually). Any fried food will do.

I have seen electric hannukah menorahs. I have also seen mini ones that look like they would use birthday candles. So, I wonder if you could find a mini electric one somewhere.

I've seen plenty of disneytype dreidels here and there. I bet that would be fun.

I wouldn't sweat it too much. Hanukkah is a minor holiday, not a major one, like yesterday's celebration and today's (Shemini Azeret and Simchat Torah) -- those are biggies.

What you mentioned seems to suffice if you ask me.
