Yes sadly, this big shot writer who has done a lot for nickelodeon ( spelling ) says that he pitched the show idea , only about a boy, several years ago, and now he is sueing saying that they stole his idea. Yeah, wait until the show breaks records and is hugely popular to sue. He is full of it, in my eyes. Anyway, I love Hannah Montana and some people think that is weird but i dont. Hannah Montana rules.
