Which hanging toiletry bag do you use and why do you love it? I'm eyeing the Vera Bradley one. I've used an LL Bean bag for years, but I'm ready to move on. It's functional, but I don't really like the netting, I think I'd rather have clear or regular fabric. The only thing I will miss is slots where you can stick your toiletries right side up like my current bag has. I want to order it soon, probably from ebags.com

Thanks for your help!! :thumbsup2

I have this one and love it:

I have had it at least 8 years. The clear plastic allows you to see what is in each pouch and the pouches are removeable since they are attached with velcro. The plastic wipes clean easily as well. I can stuff everything I need in it when we travel and I can roll it up in to boxy shape or lay it flat depending on the room in the suitcase or duffle.

I actually keep mine half packed with my travel size toiletries incase I need to get out of town quickly! I can be packed in minutes. =)

I have the Timeless Beauty Bag from 31 Gifts. I have used it for several trips and really like it. I find myself continuing to use it at home. I like that the pockets are clear and there is a spot for brushes.

I have a Timeless Beauty Bag too, but I only use that for me, personally. When I'm traveling with the family I use a Deluxe Beauty Bag from Thirty-One so that I don't have to take roughly 2 million tiny bottles. I just toss in all of our regular stuff and I'm ready to go.

I have the deluxe beauty bag from 31 as well. I had not seen it in person before ordering but this thing is HUGE! We leave next week so I have everything packed. It has full size hair products, all of my random, "what if" meds and a nice removal bag with travel size bottles and labels. The only catch is that I think it was discontinued but last time I looked, tnere were lots of brand new ones on ebay.

Thank you everyone!! Now I'm more confused than ever, haha! :rotfl: :confused3 :lmao:

They all sound & look good. I just need to hurry up and make up my mind because we live in a remote area where I can't just drive to stores to pick one up-it has to be shipped to me by air and we are down to two weeks away before we leave!!

I'm going to look them all over carefully tonight and decide. Funny, my daughter just saw the 31 Timeless bag at a bazaar recently and thought it looked good.

I know it's a bit early, but..Happy Holidays everyone!! :santa::santa:

Love love love my Vera Bradley toiletry bags!!!

They have the perfect amount of space and compartments for me. I love the way they fold up too!

I also have the Vera Bradley one you are looking for. I am able to pack for 2 weeks trip in it with full supply of toiletries (well some are travel sized but meaning I take shampoo, condition, body wash, etc). Very durable!

DD and I have the VB ones also, but neither of us really love them. I am really not a heavy makeup person and like to travel light but even with a minimum of stuff for a week the bag is stuffed. There is one deeper pocket at the bottom but the ones above it are flat. When I fill it up and roll it up it ends up being a rounded shape and takes up alot of room.

I have a smaller plastic hanging bag I got free at CVS once that we both love for makeup. Hair products, toothbrushes & paste, etc go in a standard old zip top toiletry bag. This system seems to work better for us.

Hi everyone! Update! I just ordered the "Vera Bradley Hanging Toiletry Kit" and since I got 20% off and FREE shipping on ebags, I also ordered a matching weekender bag!! :cool1:  :yay: :dance3: I also ordered their packing cube set (ebags brand) I've always wanted to try them, I'm sure I will love them-I love organization products!!

CAN'T WAIT to go on our trip now even more now that I have such beautiful items!! I already own a Samantha Brown carry on 21" suitcase, so the weekender will slip over that nicely! The suitcase actually came as a set, but the carry on seems so stiff and I'm thinking I will just leave that home.

Anyway, thanks again for your help!! PS-look at my Pre-Trip Report called "It's a Jolly Holiday with the Powells" under Trip Reports under Disneyland! We are heading there next month, leave in 2 weeks from today!! :santa:

You can lay it flat in your luggage if it has too much stuff in it. It doesn't have to be folded and tied together.
