Hands Free/Ear Piece

My hunny has a cell phone, I hear him fine when he is talking through the handset but when he is driving or out & about I can't hear him very well on his ear piece. Any suggestions for an ear piece/handsfree? Thanks!

I got mine at the Verizon Store and I love it. No one has complained aboutn ot being able to hear me either. it is the one that fits over your ear and has the littl eboom that comes out toward your mouth with the microphone on it.
