Handmade Belle dress?

Hi--not sure if this is the best place to post, but I am looking to have a Belle dress made for my daughter, but I want to pay in the $100-125 range. Does anyone know of someone who makes them in that range? DD is tall and almost out of the sizes sold at WDW--she also wants one that is most like Belle's "real" dress. Is it possible to get something made in that range? Any ideas? Thanks!
