Could someone please tell me where the viewing area is for all 4 parks! Also, do these areas fill up fast during the off season? If so, how early should we get there?

Thanks

The wheelchair/ecv viewing areas are marked on all the park maps to help you find them.
MK has 3 viewing areas marked on the map. The first is at the railway station end of Main Street, just across from City Hall. The second is just at the castle end of Main Street, to the right of the statue of Mickey and Walt (as you face the castle). The third spot is in the Liberty Square area near the Hall of Presidents.
Epcot has 4 viewing areas. The first two are just as you enter WS, sort of near the boat docks for the WS boats. The next one is near the Rose and Crown pub in the UK on the walkway along the water. The other one is sort of between Italy and Germany.
My map of AK doesn't have any spots listed because there were no parades. THe map I have form the Studio is from last Spring and probably has changed now with the big sorceror hat done. The parade spots were in front of the Great Movie Ride courtyard on the right side as you face up Hollywood Blvd toward the theater. The other spot was across from the Sounds Dangerous show.
I can't tell you how busy they have been lately, but I would not expect them to be too busy in the off season. We don't usually use them because they had been fairly busy when we were there over Spring break time and my DD is not patient enough to wait in one spot for that long.

AK now has a parade but I can't tell you where the handicap viewing spot is since we just stopped along the street on the way to Asia to see the new parade. It's not very long but it's cute. We were there the week of Oct 1st and had no problem with parades. However, we have been several times during the off season and the viewing spots have been packed. The parks were almost empty until Oct 5th and then they were more crowded with wait times for the rides. AK was so empty we walked right up to the safari and only had to wait 10 mins for the handicap car and there was no wait for the rapids ride we stayed on it 3 times in a row.

Michigan, how was it getting on the rapids ride. My DH and I rode it in September on a trip without our kids. It looked like it might be do-able to get DD on, but a bit difficult. How did you DDs keep their feet dry? That looked like it might be a problem for our DD.

Sue I only took the oldest one one the rapids while Grandma stayed with the youngest one. Because I wasn't sure if she would be tall enough and I knew there was no way my Mom was going to ride with us. It was pretty easy getting her on, they bring the tube up higher then the regular loading area so she was able to put her chair right up next to it and slide down into the seat. She didn't keep her feet dry there was nothing dry on either one of us. I planned it so that would be the last thing we did before we went back to the hotel. I have a co-worker that put ponchos on because they didn't want to get wet. So I guess if you put a poncho on her and maybe put her feet in a plastic bag it might work. I don't like when the water comes over my head and goes down my glasses so I kept on my sun visor and it worked out great.
