Can anyone tell me if they make it as easy for special needs/handicapped children at Universal as they do at Disney? Is there a guest services desk to approach and get a pass? Thanks.

Guest services at the front of either park will give you a handicapped accessible pass.

You can get a Guest Assistance Pass from Guest Services. It'll allow you to go through the Express lines in most attractions. IMO, Universal is more accomodating than Disney about this now.

Ah...found the thread....thank you! (I'll try to delete the other thread I started.)
