Handicap Rooms at POFQ???

Does anyone know if the handicap rooms at FQ are standard view or water view or if there are some at both price points? My mom needs a handicap room. Thanks!

There should be both kind.
Does she need a roll in shower or just a tub with grab bars?

The roll in shower really. She isn't in a wheel chair but she has very bad arthritis and can't lift her legs high enough most of the time to step over the side of a high tub into the shower.
