Handicap parking at the YC?

A friend just text me saying they were going to eat at the Crews Cup at the YC and they would not let them park valet. The man at the booth told them that they did not have a reservation, I do not think they take reservations there.
Anyone know anything about parking with the disabled placard?

I don't know anything about parking but I do know that the Crews Cup Lounge doesn't open until 4:30pm. If your friend just arrived at the YC parking lot then they are very, very early.

Parking is often restricted at the Epcot area resorts this time of year, because of the Food & Wine Festival.
