We are planning our first trip to Orlando since 2004. It is an unexpected last minute trip as my husband won it through work. Our last trip was strictly WDW but this one is one day admission to seaworld and one day to one of the universal parks. We plan to update to a two day so we can do both parks, we have never been to IOA and the last time we were at US was 15 years ago and our kids have never been there. I have a medical condition that makes it hard to walk and I dont have good use of my right leg which makes it hard to step in and out of things or steps. I am also a large person which doesnt help. My concern is am I going to be able to get on any rides. I know from reading here that I am not even going to try Harry Potter and the forbidden journey. We wont be doing rollercoasters because my children are not into them. I love water rides but am worried about getting in and out of them. I know when we have gone to amusement parks locally I can go on almost nothing but I am hoping it is different at universal.
My other concern is we plan to take shuttle from hotel ( Renaissance at seaworld) as we do not want expense of renting a car. How far awqay does the shuttle drop you off.? I am planning to rent an ECV in park but am concerned of the walk into the park. I am also a little concerned about waiting in line if it is long but we will do our best.

I would recommend the Studios instead of IOA for you.
