Handicap access to pool (magic/wonder) Can't do latters

I recall reading that DCL offers handicap access to their pools. My mom would love to swim in the adult pool on the Wonder but I am wondering what is the process for handicap accesss? She cannot do the latter. thanks

Thanks for the link. That is what I recall reading some where on board. Has anyone actually used this? just curious how it went, process etc.. Do you get to pick day and time etc.

I haven't, yet, I just remember looking for taking my sister a while back. She now is on oxygen 24/7 so likely not to be able to swim, at least were we cannot make sure her machine will not get splashed.
