Anybody know where you may buy hand sanitizer wipes in any of the resorts or in the parks? Thank you

I would check the gift shots especially at resorts with dvc rooms.

If you can't find them, it looks like Turner Drug has some: http://turnerdrug.com/wipes.html

They deliver to Disney hotels.

Or you could call the closest Walgreens. If they carry them, you could Uber/Lyft/cab there.

Or if you are an Amazon Prime member, you could see if you can get them from Prime Now. I've never tried it.

what about the "baby care stations" in the parks. We bought some cornstarch powder from the one in MK and it looked like they had a variety of care items so I'm thinking they might have sanitizer wipes of some sort.
