Hand baggage Q?

Hi Guys

During/since the recent 'bomb scare' I thought I read somewhere that you could no longer take on hand luggage with wheels

I've had a look on the VA website but can't find any mention of this?

Have I got it wrong? It's just that our DD's usually share a pink rucksack trolley thingy on wheels which is great as they can pull it themselves around the airport....

Anyone have any further info please??
