I was watching Hamster And Gretel Hiromi relays her findings to Ms. Knight, who insists that Hiromi trick Hamtser and Gretel into an interview upon learning that she has had trouble doing so in the past. Though dubious, she accepts in hopes of Ms. Knight securing her a journalism internship. When Kevin learns about Hiromi's intentions after bumping into her, he attempts to direct her interest elsewhere, but to no avail.
Several days later, Fred shows Kevin, Hamster, and Gretel a series of symbols left all over town in the form of graffiti. These symbols are connected to the "villain" Miss Direct, who demands that the heroes meet her at a warehouse, lest her "minions" attack the city. Hamster and Gretel travel to the warehouse, while Kevin, who is considering revealing Hamster and Gretel's identities to Hiromi, goes on a walk by himself, only to run into The Destructress. After conversing with her, Kevin realizes that he must prioritize Gretel's safety over his own needs.
Meanwhile, Miss Direct attempts to interview Hamster and Gretel, but their answers to her questions do not satisfy her. Miss Direct's plans, however, are foiled when she encounters a mouse that climbs onto her body, causing Miss Direct to run around frantically and remove her villain costume. Hamster and Gretel then figure out that Miss Direct is Hiromi, and despite her apology, Gretel distrusts Hiromi, insisting that she will never get an interview.
After Ms. Knight arrives to see how the interview went, she uses the DNA left on bottles of water that Hamster and Gretel had been drinking to determine their identities. Upon her teacher leaving the classroom, Hiromi discovers a wealth of face masks resembling other students in her class hidden behind the board. As Hiromi puts on a mask resembling Fred, Kevin enters the room and, mistaking Hiromi for Fred, Kevin unknowingly reveals to her that he is Super Guy, with Ms. Knight's machine subsequently completing the results of its analysis of Gretel's DNA.
