We have not stayed at either one but have been by both and have been in the Country Inn & Suites LBV. Country Inn & Suites is a fine hotel chain and the one in LBV is comparable to any of them. However, it is a rectangular building surrounded by parking lots, sandwiched in between the Sheraton Safari, a restaurant, and a mini-mall. It has an very ordinary outdoor pool at one end of the building. The area has a very urban feel to it. On the plus side, there are many restaurants nearby, even within easy walking distance, and it is closer to DTD.
Parkway Blvd. On the other hand is a very nice road, landscaped down the middle and give more of a resort feel to it. The Hampton is at the north end of Parkway Blvd- it dead-ends at the Hampton. I have not been in the Hampton but it has more of a townhome or condo look to it. As a possible drawback, some of the rooms are adjacent to I-4, I would avoid those if possible. Also, there are no restaurants within easy walking distance but Parkway Blvd intersects US 192 and there are many places within a short drive.
