Hampton Inn or Comfort Suites near MCO

Please tell me your opinions on the difference between the Hampton Inn and Comfort Suites by the airport. We're staying in one of them our first night before going onsite. Cost difference between them in only $6, so I'm looking more at how nice/not nice each of them are. Clean? Well-maintained? Etc.?

Mind you, all we're looking for is a clean place to sleep. I'm not expecting the world for $40 a night.

We did the same thing only decided to stay a little closer to Disney in order to save time the next morning switching hotels so that we could get to the parks earlier. We stayed at the Hampton LBV on Palm Parkway. We got a good rate and I swear it was only 10-15 min from the airport off of 528. The next morning, we were only 5 min from Old Key West. It was clean, comfortable, and quiet. We
also got (free) breakfast the next day.
