Hampton Inn, LBV and DTD INFO Needed

We will be staying at Hampton Inn at LBV. This is our 1st trip to Disney. We have 2 DD's ages 4 & 8. Anyone stayed here recently? Did you use the Transportation available by HI to the Disney Parks? How was it? How was the Buffet for Breakfast? Also, is this within walking distance of Down Town Disney? Thanks for the Info!!! We are arriving by Train and using Tiffiny TownCar to get to the Hampton Inn. We do not want to get a rental car. We are hoping to use the Shuttle provided by the Hampton Inn and Taxi's when necessary.....

I have never stayed at this particular Hampton Inn, but they are usually pretty nice. I looked on a map and this is probably within walking distance of DTD, depending on how long you like to walk. Here is a link to a map. It looks to be about 2 miles from the Market Place at DTD..
