I was wondering if anyone has done this tour and could comment on it?

The description includes this:

"Return to the visitor’s center for 60 minutes of free time to explore on your own. Try a rum tasting, enjoy a light lunch or go souvenir shopping."

That suggests that the rum tasting and the light lunch aren't included in the price of the tour?

Usually, any meal/activities that are included are pretty specifically written that way. For example, the "18th Century Great House and Plantation Tour with Lunch"

It's in Jamaica. Don't know the cost right off hand, but you can look it up on the DCL website. That said, not all excursions mentioned there are available on all cruises.
