We have some running to do tonight with dance and such so I wanted a quick dinner and made Hamburger Helper for my kids. I have a salad ready for me but I have a lot of cals left and I know I'll be hungry by 7 if I don't eat a lil bit more. I know I wanted to be under today but this is too far under as all I've had is oatmeal and a peach. (Oatmeal at brkfst and lunch both.)
So, my silly question is, when it says 300 cals as prepared (90 as pkged) does it mean with the milk and meat? Don't want to eat it and go over so I need to know before I eat. LOL! Thanks!
