For spiral cut ham, I decide how much I need for 1 meal and wrap that much (in foil or plastic wrap or however you normally freeze stuff) and put the individual meal packs in a plastic freezer bag. Just take out enough for 1 meal at a time. That way you don't have to worry about thawing a big lump & not using it all. Throw it in the microwave when you have a busy night & you have an entree in just a few minutes.

I also agree with freezing ham. I will buy a ham and then make small packets that can be pulled out for sandwiches and quick meals. Great money saving meals!
